The above mentioned site has a LOT of overlap with the Archive, but lists many films not found here. Do they have anyone as good as Video-Cellar there? Let's find out! Here's a partial listing to check, if you please:

Battle of the Worlds
Cathys Curse
Curse of Demon Mountain
Devil Times Five
Dr Tarrs Torture Dungeon
Drive-in Massacre
Funeral Home
House of the Dead
Kong Island
Laser Mission
Medusa
Memorial Valley Massacre
Metamorphosis
Naked Massacre
Oasis of the Zombies
Panic
Rehearsal for Murder
The Alpha Incident
The Bell from Hell
The Brain Machine
The Cold
The Demons of Ludlow
The Lucifer Complex
The Satanic Rites of Dracula
The Snake People
The Witches Mountain

How many are PD, and how much trouble are the folks at PDMT inviting upon themselves?

Actually, the Admins at PDMT are usually pretty quick to remove any offending material. When I download something from PDMT, I usually check if it's PD before I upload to the Archive - PDMT is actually not a bad resource!

I didn't say I didn't like it, just that they were slacker than our own Video-Cellar. I'm sure that almost all of their "copyrighted" stuff is orphaned and usable by anyone, but the attitude here is to NEVER use ANYTHING that even SMELLS of copyright. Hence, be wary of uploading from PDMT.
Sorry if I offended anyone; it DID sound like I was knocking them, didn't it?

I gotta quit doing these things at 4 AM.
Thanks, modified the list so I don't waste Video-Cellars time.
I seem to recal trying to download "A Boy and his Dog" off the Archive some time back, but the picture in it was stretched twice as wide as it should have been, and I assumed that was why it was taken down. HOPE that was the reason!

You're right. "A Boy and His Dog" used to be here.

It was removed because because of copyright concerns.

Video-Cellar advised that it should be kept off the Archive even though it is p.d.:

Possibly Ellison. He loves to make trouble.
(I originally said "probably," but he's lawsuit happy and might take me to court for defamation of character.)

I think "Devil Times Five" and "The Astral Factor" are already here. I see "Kong Island" is on your list. I have that one and planned on seeing about putting that one up in the near future. If it turns out to be ok, I might just move it up on the list.

Aha! "Invisible Strangler" is an alternate title for "The Astral Factor." Don't find "Devil Times Five," though, under any of it's various titles. Lotta "Devil" movies, mebbe you were thinking of something else? Or is the Archive's search engine messed up too?

(LATER)
Nope, don't find it listed under an alphabetical search, either. Somebody might have taken it down, though.

Devil Times Five is PD. It used to be up here but was (presumably) removed by the uploader. I downloaded it and have been trying to find my copy to re-upload but it doesn't seem to be on my hard drives so I've got some dvd's to check through. If anyone else has a copy in the meantime please upload it.

Sorry about the confusion with "Astral Factor". It's Listed under "Invisible Strangler" but downloads as "Astral". I forgot about that.
